What is Open Gym?
Open Gym is designed for anyone who wants to get some extra practice, needs help on their skills, or just wants to have fun at the gym. We will have staff on hand to spot you and there to critique you to perfect your skills. Come anytime you want and just pay each time you come. Be sure to bring some friends along!

Champion Performance Cheerleading Program
Champion Tumbling and Cheer has a wonderful new program for all aspiring cheerleaders! Performance Cheer Squads will begin April 6th and we want your child to be apart of this fun program to have your child become that all around cheerleader they have dreamed about!
Champion Cheerleading is for everyone - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - ALL AGES 5YRS & UP !! Champion Performance Cheer Squads are open to any child who loves to dance, cheer, jump, tumble, and have fun! The cheerleaders learn a new choreographed routine each session and perform at local sporting and community events. Each weeks emphasis is put on mastering the basics which will make the students exceptional athletes in strength, flexibility, cheer motions, jumps, tumbling, dance, stunting and endurance! Team members will perform at local community events throughout the year. This program prepares students for jr high, high school, and college cheer. It also stresses the importance of dedication, sportsmanship and character.

Champion Semi-Competitive Gymnastic Program
Champion Tumbling and Cheer is excited to announce our new Semi-Competitive Gymnastic program starting April 6th, 2009!! Below is some useful information to help you know all the benefits of having your child be apart of this fun and rewarding new program.
What is TAG:
TAG is a low key gymnastics program for ages 5yrs. and up designed for gymnasts who want to enjoy the fun of being a part of a competitive gymnastics team without a high level of commitment, time and expense. The program is for beginner level gymnasts all the way through elite level. The gymnasts will learn routines on each event that have been developed by the USAG Jr. Olympic Program and practice the skills needed for a future in competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts may choose to enjoy the recreational benefits and low level of commitment as well as the extra challenge of being part of a team. TAG is a great way to build self confidence through team participation! Your child will love showing off their routines in front of a crowd at meets and receiving the medals, trophies or ribbons that they will earn for participating.
